Family A is looking for their new nanny to start in April when their current Au Pair leaves to go home. They live in a semi-rural suburb overlooking a forest.

They have had a number of Au pairs over the years and are a lovely host family to live with.

The family consists of Mum and Dad (both police officers) and their two kids, both girls aged 4.5yrs and 2.5yrs. The kids got to daycare between 8 am and 2.30 pm so the new nanny would be responsible for getting them up in the morning, breakfast, and preparing for daycare. Dropping the girls to daycare and collecting again at 2.30 in the afternoon. After daycare, the Nanny will play with the girls until the parents return home. On some occasions the Nanny may need to prepare dinner, feed the girls, and get them off to bed.

The role involves picking miss 6 up from school, attending any after school activities, and then assisting with homework and any other support as needed. Some light household tidying and cooking for miss 6 is also required. Of course, having fun and keeping Miss 6 entertained is another key to being successful in the role.

Applicants will need excellent references, experience with older children, a full license and own car. The ideal person for this role will be fun and energetic with the ability to set boundaries and guidelines and be able to relate to older children. Some flexibility with hours is also an advantage as extra hours may be available in the school holidays if the Nanny is interested.
